 PRICE AND SATISFACTION MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

PRICE GUARANTEE:  If you find the same photo art print for sale elsewhere at a price lower than VisionLight prior to or within 30 days of purchasing from VisionLight, we will match that price or refund the difference if already purchased. 
Terms: Customer must show proof of the lower price and the print must be the same exact print of the same size.  This guarantee only applies for the print not any matting or framing and special order pricing is not included.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:  VisionLight strives to provide high quality photo art prints (see Quality & Guarantee Details).  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of any photo art print and choose to return it, VisionLight Gallery will issue a refund or a credit against another purchase. The refund or credit will cover the price paid plus all US shipping and handling cost. 

This guarantee does not cover matted or framed photo art.  If you would like to eliminate your risk for matted or framed art, then purchase the print first and, if satisfied, return it for framing and we will credit the price you paid plus all shipping and handling cost against the framed price and shipping.

This money back guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions & exceptions.
  • The purchaser must contact the VisionLight Gallery within 14 days of the intent to return or exchange the photo art print and receive return authorization and instructions. The print must be returned to the VisionLight Gallery within 30 days of its original ship date.
  • This money back guarantee requires that the Photo Art print, matting and framing are returned in its original packaging in the original condition. VisionLight reserves the right to return without refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage. If VisionLight decides to take this action, it will contact the purchaser to discuss the options.
  • The purchaser is responsible for assuring the print is returned to VisionLight Gallery on the time schedule above.
  • Any refund will be in the same form as used for the original purchase.
  • If the goods are damaged upon receipt, the purchaser should contact VisionLight within 3 days. VisionLight will arrange for and bear the cost of inspection and return shipment of the damaged print. The damaged print will then be replaced by VisionLight.
  • VisionLight reserves the right to retract this offer unilaterally for any individual or organization at anytime for any reason. If retracted this will not affect any previous orders shipped when the money back guarantee was in effect. Purchasers of orders in process but not shipped will be contacted if this money back guarantee is retracted.
  • Special Orders often involve additional non-recoverable expenses, so refunds for returns of special orders may involve a refund that is reduced by the cost of these expenses.
  • International shipping is not covered fully by this money back guarantee.  Any refund will be reduced by the excess cost of international shipping over the cost of US shipping for the same item.
