Screen vs. Print Quality
After a long winter, these small red tulips are among the first to raise their hand and declare that spring has come. The curly fronds of fern fiddleheads are also pushing through the prior year's leaf litter to join the chorus. Their hairy stems made for some very tedious editing (about 25 hours on this work) but the way it captures the new beginnings of spring made it worth the effort.
The prints are made using Epson Premium Luster photo paper with an Epson 9800 printer and K3 Photo Black inks. The paper and inks are archival quality independently rated to last 70 years
