Screen vs. Print Quality
Springtime in the Smokies is an event on many nature photographers calendar. The diversity of species which flower over about 2 months from the end of March into May, means there is always something interesting to point a camera at; whether it showy displays of trilliums or ladyslippers, or tiny bluets hiding away next to mountain streams. These white trillium were photographed along the Cove Hardwood trail in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. A wide angle lens on a medium format camera with perspective control was used to achieve the required depth of field. Limited edition fine art print, with only 300 signed prints produced of each image. Each print comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. Printed on Fuji Crystal photographic paper using the Chromira digital enlarger. The prints are of true archival quality and have lives expected to exceed 60 years.
