There was no lack of excitement around the rides at Navy Pier, Chicago, despite the overcast day. The giant ferris wheel provides a thrilling view of Chicago and Lake Michigan when you reach the top.  It never stops turning.  People enter and exit while it makes its slow circle over and over again. I got this shot from a water taxi as it left the Navy Pier dock.
