Screen vs. Print Quality
An early morning fog diffuses the light from the rising sun, creating a white and yellow glow on Sope Creek. Sope Creek is a small waterway in the Chattahoochee National Park outside of Atlanta, Georgia. I used a slow shutter speed to create a smooth "paint-stroke-like" flow for the water. This image is part of a series of Sope Creek fall images. The original photo was taken with a Nikon D1X digital camera. The image was then downloaded and digitally enhanced. The archival "fine art giclee" prints are produced using the professional-level Epson 7800 Photographic Printer with "ultrachrome K3" ink on Epson's Somerset Velvet paper, creating a soft, matted "painting-like" finish. Signed & numbered limited edition: 8x12 & 12x18, 100 prints each; 16x24, 50 prints each; all others, 25 prints each.
