Barton Pond and Dam in Ann Arbor, Michigan is a summer delight for boaters, swimmers, skiers and fishermen, but in cold, cold winter it can be a very different story.  It is beautiful, nevertheless, with the freezing mist from the sluices covering everything with sparkling ice.
