Screen vs. Print Quality

Cape St. Mary's Ecological Reserve on the south end of the Avalon Peninsula is home to the second largest colony of Northern Gannets in North America, as well as home to a number of other pelagic sea birds. One-hundred metre high Bird rock is the main nesting site for the colony. These birds spend their winters in the Gulf of Mexico.

This image was made with a digital Nikon D200 camera, with minor enhancements using photo-editing software. Archival prints are personally made with a state-of-the-art Epson R2400 printer and Epson Premium Luster paper, giving the print a soft semi-matte finish. Signed, open edition.
