Dunstanburgh Castle is a ruin perched on the cliffs overlooking England’s eastern sea. Build in 1313 by the Earl of Lancaster the castle was the largest in Northumberland but fell into ruin in the early 1500’s when severely damaged during the War of the Roses. Today its only inhabitances are the cows and sheep that are pastured on the land. These three bad boys were energetic adolescent sheep that kept me thoroughly entertained.
