A view of the city of Athens, Greece was taken from the top of the Grand Bretagne hotel at sunset.  The center point of the image is the Acropolis with the Plaka, the old city at its base.  A bit of graininess has been added to give it a misty look.  Note:  Scaffolding and cranes have been removed digitally to make for a more appealing image. The original photo was taken with a Nikon D2X digital camera. The image was then downloaded and digitally enhanced. The archival "fine art giclee" prints are produced using a professional-level Epson 7800 Photographic Printer with "ultrachrome K3" ink on Velvet paper, creating a soft, matted "painting-like" finish. Signed & numbered limited edition: 6x18 and 8x24, 100 prints each; 10x30 and 12x36, 50 prints each.
